Internet may make a difference in the brain

Internet may make a difference in the brain
Research reported that social networking sites impact on the social lives of users and their brain alike.
And proved to survey some of the brain that there is a link between the number of friends people have on Facebook and the size of some parts of the brain.
It is not clear whether the use of social networking develops the brain, or that those who have a particular installation of the brain are able to create friends more easily. And areas that have been examined in the brain related to social communication, memory, and autism.
Said Dr. Kanai Rayuta of the research team at the University of London, said there are areas in the brain linked to the number of friends a person, whether they are friends in reality or virtual. She added: Now the question is the same as those areas in the brain will change with the passage of time or not.
It was clear from previous research that there is a link between the volume of gray matter in the brain and the size and complexity of social networking in life. Have been identified in three areas of the brain linked to the default size of the relations across the Internet.
Geren said Professor Rees, who led the research, said there is little information about the relevant brain networks, social networking, raising speculation that the Internet is harmful to health. Dr. John Williams, this study sheds light on whether the brain adapts to evolve with social networking.
